Odd name? edit

Normally we do not put the acronym in parens after a name. So Government Broadband Index would be more appropriate.

However, I question if each research report really is notable enough for its own article. Not sure it would survive a notability challenge? W Nowicki (talk) 02:40, 14 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
