Charges/political activism

119.82.248.67 deleted "In addition, Svartholm was charged for drugs crime (Swedish: narkotikabrott) and the "law on prohibition of certain health-threatening goods" (Swedish: lagen om förbud mot vissa hälsofarliga varor) relating to cannabis, amphetamines and salvia divinorum (not classified as a drug) in his apartment. Svartholm said that it was not his drugs and that other people lived in his apartment at the time" from this article, which is fine: personally, I can't see the charges, without any kind of verdict, as relevant (whereas the Pirate Bay trial is a pretty public and thus relevant affair). However, "Relevance: What has the drug charges to do with anakata's political activism?" seems lika a bad motivation: that part of the article wasn't about political activism. It was about criminal charges. That doesn't per definition transfer to political activism, no matter how one believes the law should be (or in this case, is) written. This article is woefully out of date. Even the appeals court verdict is missing.

Danish police have asked that Warg be extradited from Sweden, so that he can be tried in Denmark.[17] It was later confirmed that Svartholm would be extradited to Denmark, to undergo a similar trial to Sweden, the timing of which is dependent on the outcome in Sweden. On 20 June 2013, Gottfrid was found guilty of hacking and sentenced to two years in prison. Note that the 20 June 2013 sentence is NOT related to Denmark and the PIN theft from the police database in DK, but what he did at Logica, which is a Swedish tax office! What is the proper Wikipedia / Swedish way to refer to him by name

I see three different ways of referring to him in this one passage:

I find this confusing. Would it not be better to refer to him as "Svartholm" throughout? I don't understand how Swedish names work, nor am I an expert on Wikipedia editorial policy. --Bobagem (talk) 15:43, 1 January 2014 (UTC)

Timeline

The text says: "On 27 November 2013 he was extradited to Denmark, where he was charged ..." and then "After spending three years in different prisons from Sweden and Denmark, he was eventually released on 29 September 2015"
