Fair use rationale for Image:Microcebus lehilahytsara -large.jpg

Image:Microcebus lehilahytsara -large.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Removal of reference to Mort in the Madagascar film

I removed the pop culture reference to Mort, the mouse lemur in the film Madagascar (2005 film) because, as far as I know, there is no source that states that Mort was based on this species. In fact, most species of mouse lemur look indistinguishable in appearance, and the reason for the recent reclassification of numerous new species are mostly based on genetic tests. So unless an official source documents such information, it should not be included on the page. Furthermore, I removed the image of Mort due to possible copyright violations. –Visionholder (talk) 05:04, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

Dear all, Are you really sure that this species was described in 2005 by Christian Roos dead in 1896! Seems to be an automatic completion. I will try to found the right authors and put here. Have a nice day. French user Givet Givet (talk) 06:58, 19 March 2019 (UTC)
