Common law edit
I suppose this is a pure concept of common law jurisdictions, as the so-called 'civil law' systems do not call jurisprudence 'law' (they reserve that word for statutes and regulations), even if it is deemed as a very important indication for future decisions. Bever (talk) 07:06, 17 July 2017 (UTC)
