Reverted the move. As per "Balsha" being used as a given name, and "Balšić" as a family name, and if you want per Gbook hits:

"Gojko Balsha" - 2 hits (one is "Coico Balsha")

"Gojko Balšić" - +5 hits

Gopčević 1914, p. 460: "Bezüglich der Strez herrscht Verwirrung. Hopf macht Ivo und Gojko Balšić"

Slijepčević 1983, p. 40: "Комнина за Гојка Балшића" ("Гојка Балшића" has three hits)
