Adding Citation to citation needed section

Hi, new to wikipedia so thought I best check first, for this section:

"goal setting may encourage simple focus on an outcome without openness to exploration, understanding, or growth.[citation needed]"

I have various citations for this and in particular https://us.sagepub.com/en-us/nam/work-motivation/book235319, is an excellent one. Is this ok to add? Wearisometurtle (talk) 14:17, 23 March 2021 (UTC).

Goal setting in academic settings

Planning to add a section on goal setting in academic settings as this is an underserved area on the current page. Will give it a day or two before adding, in case there are any objections Wearisometurtle (talk) 10:03, 28 March 2021 (UTC)

Have now added two parts to the academic section. More to follow. Wearisometurtle (talk) 13:10, 30 March 2021 (UTC)

@Wearisometurtle: Welcome to Wikipedia and thanks for your contributions! Please note that you should make sure that there is no space before a <ref> tag; the <ref> should immediately follow the preceding punctuation mark with no white space. All of your edits so far have included a space before <ref> tags, which requires other editors to clean up after you. It would be helpful if you would correct this in your future edits. Thanks!
