- @Oldsanfelipe: This article looks pretty good. It's well sourced, but the external links in the body of the text should be converted to inline citations (per WP:ELPOINTS). Also, it would not be inappropriate to remove the non-notable names (and then wait for someone to take issue). Red links to notable persons edit
There are several listings as notable persons with red links, and some of these listings may back as far as 2006. Any listing with a red link can be challenged for notability within the context of this article. Since this is already a long list, I argue that this list should be pared. In any case:
- Alice Graham Baker – I will write this article
- Edward Hopkins Cushing
- William G. Dudley
- Maria "Ria" Franklin Prentiss Lucas Langham Gable
- George H. Hermann – I will write this article
- Alice Dargan Kilgore
- Harry C. Weiss, I have no plans to write about him at this time, but he's a pretty big deal: a co-founder of Humble Oil, an antecedent to ExxonMobil; benefactor of Rice University, namesake of Weiss College.
