the ungainly church of 1933 - neither wholly traditional in style, nor in the more daring 20th century style - and the Porthmadog church , - a concrete barrel-vault roof concealed in the 1960s below a slated roof behind awkwardly extended gables. on the front a large stone cross superimposed on a round window. the interior is more successful - (from buildings of Gwynedd, yale UP).
