Interesting subject. I've made a few grammar changes; there are some other areas that I would have liked to improve, but I wasn't sure of the intent, from the original language. Online references would be helpful. Maralia 19:47, 12 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Suggest adding your Category:Women who have explored both Polar regions as a sub-category of Category:Women who reached the Poles. That category already includes Ann Bancroft, Cecilie Skog, Rosie Stancer, Fiona Thornewill and maybe others that have explored both poles - you might want to refine their categorization to that category as well. Category:Women who reached the Poles is an inherited category of Category:Female explorers, which seems a likely look-up route for anyone who is researching adventurous women. Explorer? edit

Her husband Ranulf Fiennes was the explorer. I've read many of his books & never heard of her accompanying him on explorations, which were more about feats of endurance than 'exploration'. She assisted him from afar, is that 'exploration'? Is anyone who goes to a foreign country an 'explorer'? 47.232.145.208 (talk) 06:05, 21 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
