Margaretta

Possible -- but highly unlikely. The most common spelling was Margarete, with Margareta a less common variant. The spelling with tt seems very American to me. Either erroneously applied at immigration, or purposely chosen for life in the US, or simply a spelling error from an American writer. --BjKa (talk) 12:27, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
