Attribution and copyright edit

In this article's most recent edit, Semmendinger added Copypaste and Unfree tags. However the article is already labelled to say "This article incorporates text from a publication now in the public domain: Cooper, James (1901). "Grub, George". In Lee, Sidney. Dictionary of National Biography, 1901 supplement." I would regard that as sufficient (and similarly so for the many articles which utilise older editions of Britannica, DNB or Cousin as sources)? I am therefore inclined to remove the Copypaste and Unfree tags, but prefer to check first in case I am missing a rationale for them being here. (That said, the article text clearly needs copy-editing to bring it nearer expected standards with regard to POV, inline referencing, etc.) AllyD (talk) 12:28, 4 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Wow that's an old edit! Yes you can remove the tags, I made those tags obviously in error - my apologies. SEMMENDINGER (talk) 18:55, 4 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
