Hi! Thanks for this interesting article! A few comments, though. Try to be as concise as you can. Please add the most wikilinks you can (in the boundaries of common sense), as some words to which you are used to may not be so common for non-specialized readers. Finally, try to avoid the most auto-referential writing: avoid "this article will..." "Here we discuss the ground effects..." etc. These are all unnecessary words which only makes the article longer. Also, using WP:Footnotes is very useful, as it allows you to give precise references, as you do, but not in the main-text: this way, people who are interested in these references (and who might understand a word about specialized articles) can look it up, while the average reader (me!) needn't bother... Here we discuss the ground effects of space weather, but we note that space weather also impacts other technologies, for example, those associated with airlines, Earth-orbiting satellites, GPS, radio communication systems, and unmanned space missions. Astronaut health during space weather events, for example during extended stays on the International Space Station, and on any future Moon and Mars missions, continues to be a prime consideration for national and international space agencies.

Related to Lightning - Of Interest

Hello any Wikipedians that have come across this page. I have come across this page based on my extensive work on Lightning & Lightning Strike and basically everything associated with them. I found this page looking for what is referred to in the world of lightning as Ground Currents, Earth Current Transients and Step Potential, basically the effects of lightning EMPs & the race of charges across the ground during lightning discharge, what substantial money & effort is spent in trying to minimize the effects on our technological & conductor interconnected world through Surge Protection. Initially, this article appears to be good and describes the processes at work and their effects, so I would like to start linking it to Lightning & associated pages, and also either create or modify in a way that recognizes the impact this has on our world in a manner a bit closer to home with lightning in contrast to space.
