Comment. General National Congress (2014) has been renamed to National Salvation Government (Libya). Since there has been no activity in this merge request since May 2017, I will remove the merge templates from the articles.  Paine Ellsworth  ^put'r there  13:37, 26 March 2018 (UTC)

@Paine Ellsworth, Charles Essie, and EkoGraf: The request merge was legitimate. I think we have to transfer the sections of the article devoted to the activity of GNC from 2014 to 2016 on this article. --Panam2014 (talk) 23:54, 1 April 2018 (UTC)

There was no intent to deem otherwise, Panam2014 – the merge templates were removed solely because of the length of time this merge discussion has been open with no apparent action and closure. Feel free to either complete this merge as supported by the above consensus, or to reopen this discussion by replacing the merge templates. Orphaned references in General National Congress

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of General National Congress's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
