This article is currently called Garlic knots. However, this appears to be a plural, and if so, the article should be called Garlic knot as per WP:SINGULAR. It could only be "knots" if the term is a plurale tantum (like "trousers" or "sunglasses") that can only be used in the plural – however, the singular is used in the article itself, so it can't be one of those.
