-No don't merge them, they're two completely different vehicles. That would be like combining the F-150 and Ford Expedition page just because they use the same platform. --70.121.147.250 01:07, 25 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

-Seconded for the same reason. Don't merge. 129.21.122.181 18:06, 8 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

-3rd for DON'T merge. That would not be accurate if they were.

- Shouldnt be merged but should definitely reference one another

-Create a more generic SyTy page perhaps? I don't think it's the same as the Expedition and F-150 because of the rarity of these vehicles. I don't even think the merger is still a discussion, but since the vehicles share similar components it seems like it could be. And it seems like most owners consider either one respectable; I have yet to see any Syclone owners who dislike or don't especially like Typhoons, and vice versa. -The Scyclone and the Typhoon just share the same drivetrain, but are different. Another vote for DO NOT merge.

-Another vote for DON'T merge the 2 pages. I see it more like combining the Grand National, The WE4, and the Turbo-T just because they share a drivetrain. Would be ludicrous to do so. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.121.54.251 (talk) 16:48, August 22, 2007 (UTC)

Possibly an original research? edit

It says on the article that the Syclone does 0-60 in 4.3 seconds and 0-quarter mile in 13.6 at 93 mph. I need to see a link that refers to those times. Also, Car and Driver says 5.3 and 14.1 at 93. 76.254.19.111 (talk) 04:49, 2 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Updating page with historical information and tech data edit

Hi to my fellow SyTySoGT enthusiasts -

The Syclone wiki page has for years been dormant with incomplete and somewhat inaccurate information regarding the GMC Syclone. Im working on doing a lot of editing to help make the page better by using both GM and PAS official documentation. I have been documenting these trucks for over 20 years and have a vast resource of information collected to be able to share. There is a bunch of misleading and inaccurate information on the trucks (production numbers, dates, colors, etc) that have been verified over the years and need to be corrected.

As these trucks gain more publicity and have reached "classic" status, id like to make sure that info posted is both accurate and historically correct.

I appreciate everyone's help and contributions to the page! Thanks!
