Talk:Future of the Indian Air Force

Title

edit

I think a better title for this article would be "Future plans of the Indian Air Force". "Future of Indian Air Force" sounds like palmistry or astrology. utcursch | talk 12:22, 7 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Defence Deals

edit

I think we should remove unnecessary details about different defence deals like the price of aircraft from this article. Most of those details are speculative (therefore inaccurate) and in my opinion unnecessary for this article. Would any other editor like to share his/her thoughts on this? --RGS (talk) 16:33, 28 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Why is Gaganyaan a part of this article?

edit

Gaganyaan is a strictly civil project and has next to no involvement with any military agencies. 122.163.200.5 (talk) 19:20, 20 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Gaganyaan not a complete Civilan project. IAF, DRDO and other defence agencies are has some involvement. DRDO labs has provided ISRO with many technology. IAF will have a major role as its pilots will be the crew of Gaganyaan. I ame Shears (talk) 15:05, 22 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Strategic Bomber Section

edit

Within the strategic bomber section the Tu-160’s name is spelled wrong, it is spelled as blackjab within the article and is actual blackjack. 2600:100F:B117:AA51:196E:D07F:F899:B277 (talk) 21:11, 8 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
