Talk:Fundy Biosphere Reserve

Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Daniellekenny (talk) 18:51, 9 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

I don't think this page should be deleted because it represents the important aspects of the FBR and is still written in different words than their Website. Plus, the French page "La réserve de biosphère de Fundy" doesn't have any notice saying that the content is copyrighted even though it contains the same information as this page.

Changes needed: tighten history section, expand biology/ecology

edit

As a nature reserve, this page should contain more details about the biology, ecology and geology of the region. The history section is far too detailed. I deleted many sentences such as (paraphrasing), "the committee called a press conference". there is still more room to tighten the history section.

Question: since the biology/ecology won't be covered in news stories, what are acceptable sources for that information? Thanks. LetsTalkAboutBears (talk) 21:56, 6 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
