Can anyone find the result of this court case Fund.com Inc. v. AdvisorShares Investments, LLC, Index No. 650321/2012, (11/27/12) (Schweitzer, J.). ? It appears that AdvisorShares settled and agreed to pay $4.2 million, $2 million of which they have paid so far.[1]
