The article states that Attenborough will return as narrator, wouldn't it be more accurate to tell that he will also be the presenter. Yes, it has only recently come to light that Attenborough will be appearing on screen - it had previously been reported that he would be narrating. As the link you provided shows, he has been to the North and South Poles to film for the series, but I have read elsewhere that he will only appear for the first and last episodes, and will narrate the others. The article should be updated to reflect this, and also to provide a lot more details on production - there is an extensive BBC website to mine for information. Number of episodes - 7 vs. 6?

This section suggests that the first 6 episodes as shown on BBC were aired on the Discovery channel. The Discovery Channel did not air the episode "Autumn"; instead they aired "The Making of Frozen Planet". Also, the episode "The Last Frontier" seemed to become "Life in the Freezer" on Discovery. Discovery's Summer (especially in the second half) has substantial overlap with BBC's Autumn, and the two episodes end exactly the same way. I don't have access to BBC's Summer, but I assume Discovery's Summer is a one hour merging of BBC's two hours of Summer and Autumn.

Bearing in mind that I haven't watched them both carefully... Discovery's Life in the Freezer clearly covers the same topics and uses much of the same footage as BBC's The Last Frontier, but they're edited differently. It may vary somewhat more than the other Discovery episodes vary from their BBC counterparts, but it's clearly an even replacement.

Misleading

Article says "topic [of climate change] is frequently debated and its science disputed". Climate change isn't disputed by scientists, even in the US. There should be a reference to who is doing the disputing. This is rather like saying evolution and geology are frequently debated and their science disputed in the US. Well, yes. More than just mentioning animals would be useful. For example, In was trying to locate the footage on the Northern Lights, and came here....no luck.

Synthesis

This edit alleged similarities to an earlier case based only on (rather questionable) sources about the earlier case: it's WP:SYNthesis to put together sources to make an allegation that is not explicitly stated an any source. Episode titles
