Frank Sobotka was not an ILWU union leader, he was the leader of the fictional International Brotherhood of Stevedores, which was modeled on the historically-corrupt East Coast ILA, not the ILWU, which is on the West Coast and does not traditionally have a history of corruption like the ILA. Edited accordingly.

I have opened a discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Fictional characters#Redirecting articles on [mostly] minor The Wire characters about either redirecting this article to List of The Wire characters or turning it into a stub.
