– I am dubious about there being a primary topic for this name, given the number of people sharing it. Current occupant of this title gets around 2/3 of the page views, which is not overwhelming. bd2412T 00:03, 24 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Support. Personally I think 2/3 of everything is actually pretty impressive and I might support a declaration of primary topic on that basis when combined with other factors, such as long-term significance (this applies more for articles on common nouns). I think Frank Coleman (counselor) (1912 – 2008) has been mixed up with a different Frank Coleman (1890 – 1967) over the history of this article. Both were prominent African American educators which may have contributed to the confusion. Looks like Frank Coleman (counselor) lived and worked in Philadelphia while the other — call him Frank Coleman (professor), maybe? — lived and worked in D.C. This person was in the Omega Psi Phi fraternity but didn't found it. I'm going to remove the reference to founding Omega Psi Phi from this article since that was Frank Coleman (professor).
