This article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because... Frank Cedeno is a boxer of high significant whose life as a boxer resulted in him capturing extremely important titles (The Ring) that legitimatize other fighters (e.g. Manny Pacquiao) claims to the boxing titles (The Ring/Lineal). The lacking of sufficient context to identify Frank Cedeno is due to lack of information other than what I have stated.
