Would you be able to point out the discrepancy? With so many Francis Drakes it's totally confusing! The article is meant to be about the individual who was governor of Newfoundland from 1750 to 1752. Some of the reference material I had used was a combination of three sources, two of them are listed as external links (which BTW is about the same individual) and the third which is not electronic, it is The Encyclopedia of Newfoundland and Labrador. I know nothing about this person, but I do know that the statement "the third son of Anne Heathcote and Sir Francis Henry Drake, a descendant of Sir Francis Drake" is incorrect since Sir Francis Drake had no offspring and therefore no descendants.
