Sleeping Beauty?

The "inspiration" she gave was to one of the good fairies. Regardless of her physical appeal when she was younger, if you look at the filmic good fairies (Flora etc) it is easy to see how she might have been so... in fact, she was one of the actresses used in footage made as reference for the animation. When you see an early photograph of Bavier (e.g. in her 20's) you might easily believe she was the (perhaps more curvaceous) inspiration behind Sleeping Beauty herself.2602:30A:2C4A:1CB0:35D4:72C4:5026:C041 (talk) 03:40, 30 September 2016 (UTC)

Unmarried?

The recent book "Andy & Don" (about Griffith and Knotts) says that Frances Bavier was briefly married to a stockbroker, I believe. I'm not changing the article myself because I don't have the book in front of me, and I don't want to get the details wrong. Bavier in "The Bad Seed"??

Ms Bavier is credited here and at IMDb as an extra at a dinner party scene in "The Bad Seed". I have watched this film on DVD countless times, and I have never seen Ms Bavier, nor have I ever seen any "dinner party scene" or any other scene that could possibly be misconstrued as a dinner party.

There is a post-lunch scene with Evelyn Varden and Nancy Kelly (and two men), hardly what you could call a dinner party. Maybe someone has confused Ms Varden for Ms Bavier? There is also a simultaneous school picnic, which is certainly not a dinner party, nor is Ms Bavier to be seen there, either.

Or maybe Ms Bavier appeared in the stage version on Broadway, which for all I know could have had a dinner scene?

Can anyone confirm that "The Bad Seed" contains a dinner party scene where Frances Bavier appears? Or even just a dinner party? JeffoftheNE (talk) 14:45, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
