There is a "DIE BUGGER DIE" at the end of the page, which is clearly a kind of graphite. I'll leave it, but please check if there was more damage to the page done.

a better direction?

I believe the direction of this article ought to be more toward a consideration of the nature of the relationship between Humans and Formics (Astronauts and Buggers) and how it develops over time, rather than detailing the plot and storyline. We can let people know what it's about and then let them have the fun of discovering those details on their own.
