Talk:Foreign corporation

I have not read this whole article but certainly at the beginning - some of this article seems incredibly naive and POV. For example stating that Deleware has "better Corporate governance laws" is POV. Better for whom? Better for corporations, perhaps, because these laws are so lax and because corporate taxes are so low in Deleware.
