There is also a flexor retinaculum in the foot - there should be a disambiguation page first between foot and hand, methinks?

Is the transverse carpal ligament the same thing as the flexor retinaculum? edit
Some authors have the transverse carpal ligament more proximal than the flexor retinaculum - it's part of the same layer of fascia, but it's not the same thing per se. - Richard Cavell (talk) 17:13, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
