Nonsubstantive edits edit

Dear fellow editors: I have made some cosmetic edits to this article. I express no opinion on whether the article accurately reflects the text of the court's decision, as I haven't had a chance to get to this (I think I studied this case in law school, but that was a thousand years ago).

I deleted the reference to the "holding" of the case, changing it to "result." I think that's a safer description until I or someone else has a chance to study the court's decision and work on this article some more. Yours, Famspear 20:12, 28 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

You're making this sound more complicated than it is. For heaven's sake, the Flemming v. Nestor decision is written in plain English, easily understood by someone with a high school education and average command of the English language. It can be read and grasped in less than an hour. I've done it and I've never set foot in a law school in my life. —QuicksilverT @ 06:19, 27 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

The term now links to the Wikipedia page defining it. Frumpet (talk) 13:56, 9 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

28 U.S.C. § 2282 was repealed in 1976. I made the link go to the page for § 2281, which notes the repeal of § 2282. I couldn't find the repealed text to link to it. It's probably out there somewhere. Frumpet (talk) 13:56, 9 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
