isnt the picking up nickels comment about statistical arbitrage?
- It's a more general comment, really, about any attempt to profit from small market inefficiencies, which puts you at risk of being swamped by unexpected larger changes. it is wrote about any arbitrage as i see in: Uncovered_interest_arbitrage, Covered_interest_arbitrage there is a link to a source of this coin phrase.
