I removed some text concerning two tenants of this building. Neither seems notable.
The basement floors are currently home to a secured server colocation facility, Prism Technologies.
The mezzanine is currently home to the corporate office of Consolidated Solar Technologies, a photovoltaic system design, engineering, and integration firm.
