Name of the band

fIREHOSE is the proper name of this band, and it should remain as such throughout the article. All of their albums have their name like that, All Music Guide has their name like that, and most other websites do also. I don't believe Wikipedia:Manual of Style (capital letters) covers the situation where there is unconventional capitalization of the subject. It is discussed at Wikipedia:Naming conventions (technical restrictions)#Lower case first letter. I believe it used to be not possible to have the initial letter in the title capitalized, but looking at eBay and iPod now I'm not so sure. I was going to move it back, but I guess since fIREHOSE the redirect was edited to remove a category, that is no longer possible without a lot of hassle. I'll leave it as is for now, since seeing FIREHOSE as the article title was kind of annoying anyway. Thoughts? --Joelmills 02:41, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

I just reread MOS capital letters, and it does not cover this. Please point to the part that you think is applicable. I checked out MOS trademark, and it seems to support not capitalizing the first letter of fIREHOSE - Lowercased trademarks with internal capitals do not need to be capitalized if the second letter is capitalized - although I'm not sure if a band name is considered a trademark. I guess this isn't really that big of a deal, and I don't want to get into any kind of revert war over it. I won't make any more changes unless some other people come here and suggest it. --Joelmills 16:32, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

I tried to fix a few things up, I think it looks alot better. Im trying to find a biography that is better then AMG's, but can't. Any help?? Also, how about somebody makes the article for Mr. Machinery Operator? Dman92 18:14, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
