Any Proof of Flag and Anthem? edit

There seems to be an Controversial thing surrounding the Flag of Fezzan as seen here

FOTW Points out the Flag comes from an Alt History Site while an Libyan News website erroneously used it in an article to Represent Fezzan. User:Gretarsson Says that the Flag is Possibly an Erroneous Ottoman Flag even though im unsure why a Ottoman Flag would exist under Frances Administration of Libya. FOTW also claim it could be a 'Blank Red Flag' as some Blank Red flags have been used in Libyan regions such as Tripoli (not in fezzan) Either the Fezzan Flag was probably some Random Islamic Flag, a Hoax or either a Blank Red Banner. Overall i dont see any evidence of Fezzan ever adopting an personal flag of its own besides the Past libyan National Flags and the French Tricolor. on then next topic is Fezzan Using the Anthem of the Kingdom of Libya called 'Libya, Libya, libya' Prior to its Founding, any sources on that
