Two sources cited by LCCN (see footer link)

  • found: Chernyĭ, S. Zhivai͡a azbuka, 1926: t.p. (F. Rozhankovskīĭ)
  • found: Daniel Boone ... 1931.

The first may be a book published 1926 (in Russian language in Paris?), written by S. Chernyĭ and illustrated by F. Rozhankovskīĭ. The second may be an early Eng-language publication illus. by Rojankovsky, perhaps the earliest known to the US national library.

P.S. Note that Illustrators of childrens books, 1957-1966 (1968) gives birth date 1891-12-21. --P64 (talk) 23:55, 16 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Daniel Boone (1931) in the Library of Congress online catalog is a French-language book.[1] --P64 (talk) 20:45, 24 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
