• I believe that this article fails the WP:WIAGA for the following reasons:
  • 1(b) It violates MOS because
    1. It needs wikification
    2. It could probably use an infobox, although an appropriate one may not exist
    3. The WP:LEAD should summarize the article. I would expect each section of the article to be included in this summary.
    4. the layout seems haphazard
  • 3 (a) The topic seems to be missing (it should probably start with courtroom procedures and the purpose of witnesses in a courtroom)
  • 6 There must be some images of the courtroom that could be used as illustration. (I don't think cameras are banned from all courtrooms).

FAIL: This article needs a lot of work. I encourage you to return this article to WP:GAC when you have improved the article, paying close attention to WP:WIAGA.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 04:47, 9 December 2012 (UTC)
