Hello, I wrote the article because because Erving Polster has published 7 books on Gestalt Therapy (one form of psychotherapy) and personally worked with the founder of Gestalt Therapy who is Fritz Perls. He also founded a training center in San Diego. Because he contributed to the development and training of Gestalt Therapy, I wanted to write the article, I have never met or communicated with Erving Polster, hence, I am a neutral writer.
