POV edit
There is very little reference to "the asset protection concept whereby the equity of an asset is encumbered, or stripped, to frustrate collection efforts by unsecured creditors." --33rogers (talk) 05:22, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
- I added some information and a reference to this section. I also removed the POV notice because there's nothing really POV-related here on the talk page and this article doesn't seem POV to me.
