Notes on name:
Wikipedia has Epichoristodes apilectica Diakonoff, 1960 as does Tortricid.net which is the name of a website at tortricidae.com. Wikispecies has that too.
Afromoths has Epichoristodes apiletica Diakonoff, 1960.
Both have a source which looks like it's in the same journal and volume, but with different page numbers. I couldn't find access to the article online.

Global Lepidoptera Name Index has EPICHORISTODES apilectica Diakonoff, 1960 appearing to reference the same source, page 170. And nothing for apiletica that is associated with that genus.
