Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018
In December 2018, President Donald Trump signed the Senate bill S. 140, also known as the Franklin LoBiando Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018.[1] This legislation was proposed to approve the budget of $7.9 billion which was allocated for operating expenses for the U.S. Coastal Guard.An additional $2.6 was authorized for the overall improvement of its infrastructure.
