Part of EAI was sold to Dassault Systemes: http://www.3ds.com/news-events/press-room/release/92/1/ which later became part of the DELMIA product.
That's interesting, because UGS and Dassault Systems are the two big companies in CAD business. And both ripped interesting parts out of EAI.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.202.73.111 (talk • contribs)
- EAI-DELTA was an acquisition of EAI which was never fully integrated. The sale was part of a cash-raising attempt when EAI's business started to decline in 1998/1999. The rest of EAI was split into multiple parts, the litigation portion being spun off into a separate private company called Demonstratives, the interactive division being shut down, and the visualization/collaboration portion being sold to UGS.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.235.13.129 (talk • contribs)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Image copyright problem with Image:Clue-screenshot.PNG edit
The image Image:Clue-screenshot.PNG is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Vislab link goes to Parma VisLab, not EAI VisLab edit
The VisLab link in this article goes to the article titled VisLab, but that article is not about EAI's VisLab. I'm not sure what the wikipedia procedure to fix that is. Wendolynne (talk) 05:17, 23 November 2009 (UTC)
