Talk:Enfield High School

Removed "well known for sports in the state" as I can dispute that information personally. Unless evidence is provided to back up that claim, it is against Wikipedia policy. I don't have the specific dates, but since this article mentions the high school was formed in the 1890s, it should be pointed out that it is NOT in the original building. Maybe some more information on different buildings used over the years for the high school would be valuable as well. Crs175 02:22, 9 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sounding like an ad. edit

This article is sounding more and more like an ad for the school with each edit. I think we need to consider this article as a statement of fact and not as propaganda for EHS. Please keep this in mind when editing this article. Cheers, Joshfinnie (talk) 15:25, 6 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

I just removed about 10,000 bytes worth of repititon, adspeak and peacock language...and a lot of wikified common terms. There's probably more to do but that's about as far as I'm willing to go for now. Markvs88 (talk) 16:45, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I totally agree. This article has a ridiculous overabundance of details. Why on earth do we need to have a breakdown of the courses offered? I think you could cut about 50-60% of this article given that Wikipedia isn't a place for this kind of detail. (Crs175 (talk) 10:06, 27 September 2010 (UTC))Reply

I removed some of the sections that are just inappropriate to this type of article. There is a lot more that could be removed and cleaned up. (Crs175 (talk) 10:14, 27 September 2010 (UTC))Reply
