--Hydraulic radius, radius and diameter ?--
Immediately prior to the Michael J. Ruiz reference on Boomwhackers, the article states that the radius used is the hydraulic radius and the diameter the hydraulic diameter. This is not supported by the Boomwhacker reference, which does not include the word hydraulic. Furthermore, the definition of hydraulic radius and hydraulic diameter are inconsistent with the formulae in the the end correction article as at October 2020, because in the end correction article, D = 2r, but the Wikipedia article on hydraulic diameter indicates that D_h = 4 r_h. 121.200.4.91 (talk) 03:46, 7 October 2020 (UTC)

Similarity to dipole antennas? edit
A similar correction is necessary in designing radio antennas; a practical half-wave dipole is about 95 percent of its theoretical length.
