- That source describes itself as "The Wikipedia of Law". Whether we can cite a wiki as a source depends on who is allowed to edit that wiki (ie is it written by people with academic credentials). We can certainly use official or proffessionally published copies of the legislation they mention and law reports of the cases they mention. James500 (talk) 14:58, 19 January 2014 (UTC)
Other issues edit
This expression should not redirect to Coming into force, because a piece of legislation does not necessarily come into force on being "enacted" (i.e. on receiving the Royal assent or on being otherwised passed). James500 (talk) 11:00, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
Many statutes refer "enactments or instruments" as though they were something different. I'm not sure what the normal scope of this term is, though it must include an Act of Parliament. Cf. Enacted law. James500 (talk) 11:28, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
