Wrong image cover edit

This is the cover for the album, Emotions. The single cover is almost a zoom in of the album cover, which is just of her face. I won't remove it, but it needs to be replaced. Check here [1] for proof. Ultimate Star Wars Freak 11:22, 13 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

I didn't realize the same image was being used on the main Mariah page. I just thought someone incorrectly put the album image here instead of the single image. Well, I'll correct the link OmegaWikipedia 13:43, 13 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

Image copyright problem with Image:MariahCareyEmotions(Live).ogg edit

The image Image:MariahCareyEmotions(Live).ogg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

Song Was The Subject of a Lawsuit edit

In 1991 songwriter Maurice White sued Mariah Carey and C+C Music Factory for plagiarizing The Emotions' song "Best Of My Love" for Mariah's #1 hit "Emotions". Mariah was trying to evoke the groove of the 70's song and C+C Music Factory attempted to come close without actually copying the song. Maurice White felt they had stepped over the line. The lawsuit was settled out of court. 72.130.43.20 (talk) 03:53, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
