Original Research Regarding elevations credit union edit

Due to a concurrent obligation for institutional research at the university of colorado, I have a public domain document suggesting that the Elevations Credit Union office in the University Memorial Center was renovated using student fees at the University of Colorado Boulder, and a credit union that merged with it was created with student fees resulting from a student body vote in Fall of 1984. However, I believe that this violates WP:NOR if I were to put this information here. If someone wants to dig for a reliable secondary source/see if any notable information results from this, look for news articles dated from October of 1984 to Fall of 1986.
