Effective date vs. Coming into force (or commencement) edit
Is "effective date]]" the correct legal term for signifying the commencement date of legislation as law or is "coming into force" (or commencement)? I've been told that the later is the correct legal term. Drdpw (talk) 14:37, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
