After reading through the article I am confident that it meets all of the GA criteria. A really well researched and well put together article. The one issue that I encountered was lots of dead links to El Norte articles, even those that were archived. @Buidhe: Hi, thank you for the review! The sources for El Norte are subscription-only (hence the red lock) because they were only released in print version and only paid subscribers can access them.
