Cleanup

A number of cleanup hatnotes (several in place for in excess of 8 years) hint at a need for some attention in the article. For myself, I have concerns about the seemingly indiscriminate "lists of stuff" that have yet to be tied into the body or afforded context. The uncited "list of shopping centres by size" is for example a nearly text-book case of WP:NOTSTATS (which suggests that we avoid "statistics that lack context or explanation"). While it seems that perhaps these were added as an indicator of the contributions of the retail sector to the local economy, as this (somewhat random, uncited, and unexplained) list has not been tied-into the text, the reader is given no context. And so I don't think it is providing the value probably intended. The same is true for the unexplained in-line "lists of tourist sites" and "lists of 3rd level institutions". (We already have categories and lists of these things elsewhere. We don't need them again here. Unless their relevance to economic considerations is explained. And cited). Unless others have thoughts, I will see if I can address these WP:INDISCRIMINATE issues in the coming while. Or, flatly, will just delete the sections as uncited and unexplained.
