Environmental technology template

I'd like to replace the Environmental technology template with one that matches the standard navbox style, i.e. horizontal instead of vertical, collapsing and typically placed at the bottom of article pages. I've done a mock up of what this would look like at {{User:Jwanders/ET}}. Figured this was a big enough change that I should post before going ahead with it. Merge proposal

I propose merging Analog forestry and Close to nature forestry and Ecoforestry and Mycoforestry as they are quite small and seem to overlap. Is this a good idea and if so which article should I merge to? Chidgk1 (talk) 09:52, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

it would be Analog forestry -->Close to nature forestry, and separately Ecoforestry --> Mycoforestry (I think merging all 4 together is too much, IMO)--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 12:37, 2 May 2024 (UTC)

• Support (although I know hardly anything about forestry). From a quick look, I would say merge Analog forestry and Close to nature forestry into Ecoforestry but keep Mycoforestry as a separate article, as it seems to be quite a distinct topic. • Support merging Analog/Close to nature forestry articles into the ecoforestry article. I'm on the fence about merging mycoforestry: it might be a good idea to wait until we have done all of the more obvious merges first, and then see whether merging it here or to another article would make sense.

Additionally, Continuous cover forestry is not mentioned in this proposal, but it seems like it would be better off either here or in forest management. InformationToKnowledge (talk) 18:48, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
