The section about EC Harris in the Middle East requires updates along with the logo. I have provided another complete rewrite along with sources to the new information and have removed the promotional content.

EC Harris is an international a global natural built asset and design consultancy firm headquartered in the United Kingdom[2]. It is a key part of Arcadis NV, following the companies' merger in 2011. It is an ARCADIS company, a network of 28,000 professionals, generating approximately €3 billion in annual revenue. [3]
