Criticism

The highway has been criticised by Sri Lankans as being too expensive. Strangely enough most traffic still follows the old trunk road, the highway is devoid of trucks and logistics transport and seems almost like a ghost highway to drive down. This could be incorporated into this article for future edits if articles could be cited. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Trekkwik (talkcontribs) 08:25, 8 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Note: E06 is now Magampura Expressway, from Andarawewa junction to Hambantota ring road (A2 highway), not ruwanpura Expressway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.245.169.207 (talk) 14:11, 25 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
